Andrea has over 25 years of experience in banking, governmental finance, and mortgage lending. She currently serves as a councilwoman for the Town of Blythewood.

She takes pride in helping families realize their dream of homeownership.  As a public servant and someone who believes in community service, she strives to help people and business owners by building relationships and developing partnerships to identify the needs of the community.

Bill currently operates the business from Richburg, South Carolina alongside his wife, Jean, of forty years, who assists with office operations. Together, they have two children, Jenni Rose Bunkley and Zachary Voight Hipp, as well as two grandchildren, granddaughter Lydia and grandson Easten.

Their son, Zachary Hipp, studied Land Surveying and GIS at Greenville Technical College and brings over 20 years of hands on experience to the company. He serves as a Survey Crew Chief, playing a key role in the family business.
